Earth 2 tribute

I wanted to post a few pictures of one of my favourites shows of all times Earth 2. It only lasted 1 season from 1994 to 1995 but I still love it. It was produced by Steven Spielberg and was canceled because Universal pictures wanted to change the whole concept of the show to make it more male appealing (meaning more guns and shooting) so NBC and Spielberg didn't like this new idea and decided to cancel it leaving us with a huge huge huge cliffhanger.
It's a sci fi show and takes place in 2193 and is about a group of people that travel across space to inhabit a new planet because life on Earth was no longer possible
It had very likeable and strong characters specially women,the leading character was a woman.
If anybody has the chance to watch it it's quite good actually

That really looks good. I wish I could see it. Please, if you ever see that it is on somewhere, can you let us know? After seeing what you posted, I'm more anxious than ever. Thank you, ana.uy

I don't live in the US so I can't tell you that :-/

but I think the DVD is on sale on Amazon for like 15 dollars and I think you can also watch them on Veoh, I have them on my computer

This show looks really exciting, but how does it end? You said a hugh cliffhanger. I hate when they do that. They did the same to one of my favorite shows just this year, which was, "Kyle XY." I hate getting into a show, then have it end with everything up in the air. Does the cliffhanger in this one even let you be able to imagine a happy ending?

I can't tell you the ending!!

There are a lot of things left unanswered but to understand the ending you have to watch the whole season, in the real order not the DVD order because Universal hated the show so much the couldn't even do that right.I read that they realased the DVD thank to the amount of fanmail they were getting asking for it.
The original writers had a lot of things planned for season two but they were fired Because Universal thought the show didn't have much shooting and killing and stuff and that Spielberg loved the show the way it was but they canceled it nonetheless.
But even if you are left wondering what happens next it's really good and also there are tons of fanfiction that make up for it

No, I guess you can't give away the ending, can you? lol Well, I will have to take my chances, and givie it a try if I can get ahold of it. I would really like to see it, especially now that you have me so curious. Thanks for all the info, and if I see it, I'll let you know what I think.
