 Update from me.
« Thread Started on Sept 21, 2009, 10:33pm »

Hey all, hope you are all ok. :)

Just in case you don't remember me, I am the creater of this forum that in its first 2 years had phenomenal success which eventually led to over 1000 members joining. This might not sound like much to some people but this forum was created as just a message board for my old website cafe-nervosa.com. So the interest was massive on a scale because I had no set expectations for Frasier Mania.

We soon had a great member base that was very special and it lasted for a few years and had many members who would visit daily and post often.

As some of you know who remember me from the early days I put a lot of hours in everyday to improve Frasier Mania....it was my number 1 bookmark that I would go to when I first turned my computer on.

I slowly got other interests that included mainly ebay and poker. This was pretty much for fun and financial reasons, and it was not long before ebay was the site I was putting the hours in, Frasier Mania went down the list in my bookmarks and it has not really stopped.

These days I am still doing ebay but trading is very difficult at the moment and I am pushing with the online poker. I have put a lot into learning poker because I love the game and there can be great money made from it. Just in the last 3 months I have been doing really well and its been my top income during this time. I am pushing all the time to do better but the game is very time consuming and can be very mentally draining.

I did get out of Frasier for a long time but I still love it and I am currently re-watching all the episodes on a regular basis. The show still gives me lots and laughs which is great.

Anyway I just wanted you to know how I have been doing, right now my future goals are more of poker and ebay and hopefully having the freedom to travel on a regular basis.

I don't post very much now as you will know but I am still here, the site is in my bookmarks and I do check it regular. If anyone wants to PM me you are very welcome.

I hope you are all still loving Frasier as much as I am. ;D

I just wanted to say also that I have no hard feelings with anyone from the past, I know there was some fighting and it got messy but it is all in the past for me, anything that happens now on Frasier Mania is a new page. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE is welcome back for a fresh start if they so wanted.

Col

Hey Colin,

I remember the old days too when I had to post every day.
Now having 2 kids and a business to run I have very limited time.
Also when I first was a member of the forum, Frasier was a current show so there was a lot more to talk about.
I am still watching Frasier on a regular basis and will always love the show.

I have meet a lot of people in this forum and will never forgot some of the friendships.
We even had a Frasier party in OZ one night with a few members.

Thanks for creating the forum Col.

BTW............... Go the Chelsea Blues!!!

Yea thats no problem Kenny, thanks for replying.

Sounds like you have come a long way since we last talked with having another child and business too. Don't work too hard and burn yourself out ;)

Yea Chelsea are doing really well, I wish them all the best. I am not following football as much this season because of how things are going with the game. I'm a bit pissed at Ronaldo going but Man U is still my team ;).

Chelsea should win this year I reckon!

Take it easy pal.
